From meeting us late in the evening to write offers and never pushing us to go beyond our comfort level, to providing updated full market summaries to keep us aware of what is happening in the neighbourhood, all the way to answering any question we had and explaining twice if we asked again. She is 100% reliable at all times of the day and made us feel confident during every step by providing honest opinions, and pointing out things we may not have noticed to ensure we would be absolutely satisfied with our new home. Lori and Kimberly recently helped us sell our house in Burlington. If I were to write a list of requirements for a realtor that would excel in every way I would describe Lori and Kimberly. I would also recommend them very enthusiastically to anyone looking for a first class realtor. As expected, they first produced a comprehensive market analysis which enabled us to price the house realistically. Together we "staged" or prepared the house for sale. We were given excellent advice on what to do resulting in showing the house in its best light. They communicated with us all through the selling process, keeping us up to date with every development. They also went beyond their remit to help us prepare for the sale. The result was a flood of potential buyers and a very quick sale (one day.) They were realistic and reasonable in helping us negotiate a fair price and we believe both the buyers and the sellers were pleased with the outcome.
Generally speaking, I am a bit of a sceptical person, especially when it comes to cars and the real estate market. Nevertheless, I had a bit of experience selling homes watching family members selling their property. I assigned my property to another Real estate agent. It was not a great experience and it was very stressful. Lori and Kimberly were recommended through a good friend in Alberta. Lori was highly knowledgeable about Burlington market. What I mostly liked about Lori and Kimberly was that she took the lead and made the right decisions. Lori didn’t just complain about things…oh the back yard doesn’t look good, the garage door is too old, the driveway asphalt is too old. She came with the solutions. Also important was the fact she had a non-judgmental attitude and was even-handed meaning she provided full information.
